Our Core Values

At age 67, after a career as a chef in the Philadelphia area, our grandfather sold the family house, purchased a ravioli machine and founded the company. Soon, our father joined the business, learned from his father, and helped expand the business, setting the stage for the current generation of Talluto's leaders.

The values of our grandparents and parents have stood the test of time, and guide us now as we continue to grow and navigate the business. We're in this business because we love Italian food and we love the way it builds the spirit of family and community for our customers, employees, suppliers, friends and neighbors.

We will never compromise our commitment to our products or our customers.
We believe in honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and respect.
We are devoted to ensuring safe and wholesome products and a safe work environment for our staff.
When we think of community, we think of family, friends, neighbors, customers, employees, suppliers, and people who live and work around our business. Our goal is to have a positive impact on all of these communities. In addition we actively support United for Her, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Philabundance, and No Kid Hungry.
