Cooking Instructions:
Place pasta in boiling salted water (3-4 quarts per lb.) and stir to prevent pasta from sticking. Once pasta begins to boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook according to the following times:
Capellini - 1 minute
Spaghettini - 2 minutes
Linguine - 2 to 3 minutes
Fettuccine - 3 to 4 minutes
Pappardelle - 4 to 5 minutes
Rigatoni and Fusilli - 3 to 4 minutes
Drain cooked pasta and serve in your favorite sauce or recipe.
