Pumpkin Ravioli with Shallot Cream Sauce and Amaretti Cookies

What you'll need:
|1 package Talluto's Pumpkin Ravioli|
|1 container Talluto's Shallot Cream Sauce|
|6 pieces Amaretti cookies, crumbled|

Warm the shallot cream sauce in a medium skillet.
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, gently crush the amaretti cookies into coarse pieces.
When the ravioli are cooked, drain them well and add to the skillet with the sauce.
Sauté the ravioli for one minute gently tossing to prevent sticking. This step will remove any excess water from the ravioli after draining.
Top with the crumbled cookies and serve immediately.
